This Privacy Policy applies to www.thrivenationfinance.com (the “Site”) owned and operated by Thrive Nation Finance (“Thrive Nation”) and to your access to, interaction with, or receipt of products and services from Thrive Nation, including financial education content, newsletters, courses, ebooks, and digital products. Thrive Nation is committed to keeping your personal information confidential and secure. This Privacy Policy describes how Thrive Nation collects, uses, protects, shares, and retains your information. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information.

This notice describes the privacy practices of Thrive Nation Finance and its affiliates. “We” and “us” means Thrive Nation Finance, our affiliates, and any of our respective agents and third party service providers (“service providers”). “You” means a website visitor, subscriber, customer, former customer, or anyone who engages with our content or services.

By submitting information about other individuals, such as referral contacts or emergency contacts, you warrant and represent that you have obtained their consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Use of Your Email Address

We use both Thrive Nation servers and servers of other service providers to deliver and report on the progress of email programs and to maintain service and deliver products and services. When Thrive Nation uses such a service provider, we prohibit them from using your email address for any purpose outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

We may periodically send you commercial electronic messages at the email address you provide, including to solicit your feedback on our products and services, and/or to provide you with marketing offers that may be of interest to you. With each such message you will have the opportunity to opt out of receiving future commercial electronic messages at that email address. If you are a customer or subscriber, we reserve the right to use the email address you provide to present you with information about your account or subscription. This may include, but is not limited to, activating your account, payment receipts, product updates, and important notifications.

We may track the activity of emails that we send to you (to determine if, for example, graphics were viewed, emails were opened, links in emails were clicked), to allow us to measure the effectiveness of emails, to provide future offers, and for delivery of products and services. Additionally, for your convenience, we may pre fill online forms with your email address.

Sharing Personal Information

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy and other terms included in agreements with you.

In addition, Thrive Nation may create, use and disclose anonymized and/or aggregated information which does not allow you to be personally identified to third parties.

Sharing Personal Information Outside of Canada

Some of the third parties, service providers, affiliates or related companies that may collect, use, store or process your information may be located outside of Canada. As a result, your personal information may be transferred, stored, and/or processed outside Canada in connection with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Although Thrive Nation uses contractual and other measures to protect your personal information stored outside Canada, those third parties are subject to the legal requirements of the jurisdictions where your personal information is stored or processed. As a result, there may be lawful requirements to disclose personal information to government authorities in those countries.

Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and used. In some cases, this may be as long as your account or subscription is active or as needed to provide you services. In other cases we may retain personal information after the end of our business relationship including to maintain communications with you, facilitate future purchases or subscriptions you may submit, understand customer preferences and behaviours, analyze and improve our processes and develop new products and services. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements under the Income Tax Act), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information Collected Through This Site

The Thrive Nation web servers automatically recognize and record the domain name from which you access the Internet, the corresponding Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the names of the pages you visit while at the Site, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data and store it in log files. This information is not personally identifiable and is used to improve the content of the Thrive Nation Site and make it more useful.

The Thrive Nation web servers do not collect email addresses without your consent. Personal information of users, including emails, may be collected when you are responding to specific questions and when you communicate directly with Thrive Nation via email or feedback forms. Thrive Nation may ask you to provide us with your email address at several points, including on newsletter signup forms, product purchase checkout pages, and in correspondence or communications with you.

Use of Tracking Technologies

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts and tags are used by Thrive Nation and our marketing partners, affiliates or analytics or service providers. Thrive Nation’s Site may use cookies to facilitate your Internet sessions, to maintain security, and to improve our Site. For example, Thrive Nation may use cookies to verify your identity, remember your personal settings such as your content preferences, and to monitor your use of the Site to improve our services. We do not use cookies to collect data from your hard drive including your email address or other personal information.

We may partner with a third party to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on the Site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads.

Links to Other Websites or Social Media Features

The Site may contain links to other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. While exploring the services offered through the Site, please be aware that other online retailers, partners, third party Internet sites, and third party services accessible through the Site, have separate privacy and data collection policies and practices, which are independent of and may be different from Thrive Nation policies and practices. Thrive Nation is not responsible or liable for these independent policies and practices and it is your responsibility to review them and decide whether or not they satisfactorily protect your rights.

Our Site may also include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook button, and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini programs that run on our website. These features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing it.

Our Security Procedures Protect Your Personal Information

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. We work hard to keep personal information secure through physical and electronic information security policies, employee policies and training, and contractual safeguards with all third parties who may have access to personal information.

However, no transmission of personal information, including transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Consequently, Thrive Nation, its affiliates, related companies, service providers and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents do not represent, warrant or guarantee that personal information will be protected against misuse, loss or alterations and do not accept any liability for personal information submitted to them nor for your or third parties’ use or misuse of personal information. Moreover, where you use passwords, ID numbers, or other special access features it is your responsibility to safeguard them.

Access and Correction Requests

Upon request, Thrive Nation will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. We may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling your request, such as by requesting a copy of a valid driver’s license, birth certificate, or passport.

If you are a customer or subscriber, you can also access and update your personal information anytime by logging into your account (if applicable).

Updating Your Consent Preferences

You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by contacting us in writing at info@thrivenationfinance.com. In some cases, as permitted by law, Thrive Nation may continue to collect, use and disclose personal information after you have withdrawn consent. If you withdraw your consent for any purpose required to provide our product or service to you, we may no longer be able to provide that product or service to you.

If you withdraw consent to the use of your personal information for marketing purposes, you may continue to receive promotional communications after the date of that request if a marketing campaign is already in process before we receive your request.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send.

Updates and Amendments to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will be effective as of May 24, 2026. This Privacy Policy replaces any previous notices from Thrive Nation about personal information collection, protection, use, sharing, retention, and Internet privacy practices and applies to the use, sharing and retention of personal information previously collected. However, this Privacy Policy does not supersede any account or product specific terms and conditions you may have agreed to; those terms must be read together with this Policy.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, and when such a change is made we will post a revised version on this Site. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy from time to time to be aware of any such changes. Please check back regularly for any changes and to ensure you are always informed of the personal information that we collect about you, how we use it and the circumstances under which we may disclose it.
